Talent Street is looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Support/Success Officer to join a software company business based in Brisbane.
About the Company: Our client provides club management software to fitness businesses throughout Australia and internationally. They pride themselves on building great relationships with our customers, and providing reliable, and knowledgeable support.Our client is a scaling management software company for fitness businesses. They have a wide range of customers including martial arts schools, gyms, studios, and PTs globally. They are on a mission to empower the fitness business owners of tomorrow with a business management platform that unleashes the power of automation and enables them to do more of what they love, like teaching and coaching; rather than spending their precious time on admin. Our client is a fitness tech business that launched in 2015 and is based in Brisbane, Australia with a small but mighty team of people working together to empower our business partners and their customers every single day.

Your Responsibilities:
Client Support:
● Answering incoming calls from clients as they come in each day Responding to client tickets via Intercom
● Troubleshooting issues raised by customers, liaising with the product team when necessary to help resolve these ASAP.
● Replicating and reporting bugs to our development team, or escalating as necessary.
● Generating new and updating existing User Guides with written and video content
● Providing training for clients via Zoom/GoogleMeet/over the phone
● Assisting with or executing ad hoc support team projects
Onboarding:
● Assisting with onboarding and migrating clients to current system
Customer Success Program:
● Assisting with delivering the client's Power User webinar program.
Requirements for this role:
● Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to set client expectations. Confident using new software, fast learner
● Curiosity and the ability to ask troubleshooting questions to effectively assist clients
● Ability to manage your time efficiently, self-motivate and meet deadlines.
● Ability to work effectively in a team. This includes asking questions, receiving feedback, and staying in touch with remote team members.
