Customer Support and Projects Technician

We are the leading provider of industrial battery management and changing solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support and Projects Technician to join our dynamic team.

Typical Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and installation of industrial battery management and changing solutions.
  • Conducting customer training sessions.
  • Assisting customers in identifying the correct parts and products for their requirements.
  • Supporting warehouse operations.
  • Fabricating/building systems and repairing products in the warehouse.
  • Attending customer callouts and performing repairs.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hands-on mechanical and/or electronics experience.
  • Previous experience as a forklift service technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in engineering or electronics, particularly in industrial settings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A good standard of English language and the ability to communicate effectively in writing.

Hours of Work:

Flexible working hours: for example, 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, or frontload your week for a half-day Friday.

A standard working week is 38 hours, but availability to work weekends, travel for work, take calls outside normal hours, and work longer days consecutively may be required.
