Typical Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assembly and installation of industrial battery management and changing solutions.
- Conducting customer training sessions.
- Assisting customers in identifying the correct parts and products for their requirements.
- Supporting warehouse operations.
- Fabricating/building systems and repairing products in the warehouse.
- Attending customer callouts and performing repairs.
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on mechanical and/or electronics experience.
- Previous experience as a forklift service technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong background in engineering or electronics, particularly in industrial settings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A good standard of English language and the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Hours of Work:
Flexible working hours: for example, 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, or frontload your week for a half-day Friday.
A standard working week is 38 hours, but availability to work weekends, travel for work, take calls outside normal hours, and work longer days consecutively may be required.
