About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Support team as a Customer Support Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will provide Customer Support to our customer base, with a focus on maximising fleet performance. You will achieve this by providing high level OEM Service, technical support, and mentoring embedded Liebherr Service Technicians. Gain an understanding of our customer needs and delivering a solution while generating new business opportunities for LAQ. You will work with Service and Parts teams to understand LAQ component forecast, and labour availability firming up customer requirements.
Duties
You will be responsible for:
monitor onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance,
Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors and maintenance,
Report all significant or recurring maintenance events, performance, and analysis on equipment,
Assist with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults,
Assist the Parts Department in the accurate forecasting of SEU / Parts requirements
Assist planners and site maintenance personnel develop preventative and scheduled maintenance plans / programs.
Promote and educate customers on Service offerings & Solutions
Skills & Experience
About You
Mechanical or Electrical Trade
Proven track record of high-level Customer Support
Liebherr excavator experience
Excellent communication and time management skills
The ability to provide accurate and timely advice
Customer focused and have great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
