About the role

The Northeast Auto Group is expanding again…. and this time we are coming to Alice Springs!

Our BRAND NEW Dealership is almost ready to open in Alice Springs partnering with KIA, we have multiple opportunities for energetic, switched on people from the local community to join the team.  

We expect our customers to enjoy their experience with us first time, every time.  As their salesperson you will be pivotal to ensuring customer relationships are fostered throughout their journey with our Company.  Once we have a customer, we have them for life!  

Day to day you will: 

  • Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge the vehicles in our inventory and at associated dealerships.
  • Build long-term business partnerships with customers to leverage future purchases.
  • Exceed customer needs through personalized advice and service.
  • Identify and secure new business through proactive cold calling, referrals, and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve dealership profit and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maximize overall profitability.
  • Stay updated on market trends and effectively utilize online sales and marketing tools.
  • Maintain accurate and compelling vehicle listings on automotive retail websites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
