Due to growth, the need has arisen for a proactive & switched on Customer Service Consultant to join a high performing team in managing inbound queries from customers via phone and email.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with key account customers via phone and email in a high volume environment
- Consulting with customers on the product range
- Processing orders and quotations through Netsuite
- Resolving order related issues via phone and email
- Handling costing and invoicing queries
- General administration duties associated with the role
