The Opportunity:
Role:Customer Support Specialist
Reporting To: Claims Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming call and email management
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Liaise with building/construction and maintenance sub-contractors
- Maintain customer relationships
- Assist with office facilities
- Provide support to business teams
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.
