There is now an opportunity for three Customer Service professionals to join the team, due to growth. Priding itself on promoting from within, this business will focus on your training and development to ensure personal growth and quality service.
The Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will focus on building key relationships with members and servicing their queries. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound call and email volume.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of members’ queries.
- Managing your work in accordance with the business’s processes, compliance, and legislative requirements.
- Providing members with an update to date information regarding their membership.
- Continuously looking for processes to improve the overall service of members.
To secure an interview, you will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused/call centre role
- The passion to work in a fast-paced, fun and dedicated environment
- The motivation and eagerness to learn new skills
- The ability to consult to healthcare professionals and tailor your communication accordingly
