YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Customer Visualisation Analyst is responsible for our reporting capability. The Customer Visualisation Analyst turns customer and feedback data into engaging and interactive dashboards for our clients. This role is client facing, and will work closely with our enterprise clients in determining their needs for each dashboard. The Customer Visualisation Analyst acts as an expert in data visualization, advising clients on best practice design to ensure the end user can gain insights from the dashboard quickly.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You'll hold a bachelor degree in business, marketing, math.
  • Have a drive to help customers improve their customer experience and employee experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in customer insights, analytics or process improvement.
  • Experience in data visualization, having a creative mindset with the ability to make visually appealing reports.
  • Confident Communicator. Have the ability to act as an expert with our clients but also present information in layman's terms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with our client's key stakeholders to design & build new dashboards that meet their needs to drive actionable insights.
  • Advise on dashboard best practices
  • Perform ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing reports & dashboards.

Hybrid. Our office is in North Sydney.
