Form of work PERSOLKELLY has an opportunity for an Customer/Administrative Clerk to join our client site in Rockhampton. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm paying $35 per hour. This position will be a customer/client facing role that will be a first point of contact for clients/customers/new contactors that come to site. Influential coordination role Rockhampton Location Be a part of an awesome company About the role: Be the first point of contact for clients/customers/new contactors that come to site Assist Administrators in courier and parcel deliveries Carry out ad hoc general administration functions as required Prepare Gate Swipe Reports as required Complete a number of daily and weekly site tasks around the office such as paper re-stocks, tea/coffee supply checks and other general functions What the ideal candidate requires: Experience in being able to confidently direct visiting personnel to the right areas/people on site Have exceptional customer service and customer facing presentation Is able to multi-task Strong computing skillset…
