AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for a logistics professional to join our Customs Team in Sydney. This role will be required to assist customs brokers and the team as a whole with the on time Customs and Quarantine clearance/release of import consignments.
What will your day involve?
- Work closely with our experienced team of Customs Brokers and operators to ensure the on-time delivery of Customs and Quarantine clearance/release of consignments
- Learn and develop off our experienced brokers through providing day to day administrative assistance
- Compile paperwork and ensure relevant systems are updated with accurate and timely information
- Invoicing and preparation of various reports as required
- Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

- Intermediate knowledge of MS office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
- Knowledge of Cargowise (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible with operating hours
- Deadline driven and able to follow customs/quarantine guidelines
