To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:
- Immaculate communications skills both written and verbal;
- Extensive experience as Cutover and Release Manager / Cutover Project Manager on end to end transition programs;
- Detailed understanding of end to end and complex multi-release Cutover planning and management;
- Demonstrated experience in execution of Cutover plan and activities as well as the correct sequences and interdependencies.
- Extensive vendor & stakeholder management skills as well as project and change management;
- Experience within large, complex and multi-business unit organisations as Cutover Manager;
- Experience and/or detailed knowledge of Field Service Management / Field Management Systems i.e. Clik
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management toolset transformations such as Maximo s a Cutover Manager;
- Experience within Utility and/or Asset Heavy organisations;
- Experience working within industries with field workers / third party sub-contractors;
You will be joining a top-tier end-user utility organization across a major migration involving their FSM, EAM as well as ERP ECC6 and S4HANA capabilities.
This is a major transformation of Field Service Management (FSM) System at a large utility provider as well as the related systems and businesses.
You must have extensive Cutover and Release management experience on end to end basis coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
It is desirable but not essential if you also have experience with Field Management Systems / Job Management Systems or similar systems but if not experience with any major enterprise asset management or similar system will also be good.
As the Cutover and Release Manager you will liaise with and manage the deliverables with all stakeholders required to have input into the Cutover plan.
You will proactively develop and communicate a plan of when their input is required and follow up as necessary to ensure preparation activities are achieved on time.
You will bring the numerous discrete plans together and reflect sequencing and dependencies to enable an end to end cutover plan and process. You will then communicate the Cutover plan with program, business and executive stakeholders and be involved in the transition and change management activities.
