A nationwide retail company is looking for a Release Manager to join their dynamic team and manage release process. In this critical role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to plan and execute releases, ensuring a smooth flow from development to production.
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end release process, guiding changes from development and UAT into production.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, security, and stakeholder teams throughout the release cycle.
- Develop and execute release plans, prioritising tasks and managing timelines with laser focus.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues proactively, implementing solutions with agility.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the process.
- Continuously seek improvements, optimising the release process for efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful, your CV must highlight much of the following:
- Previous experience managing large-scale releases in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience and exposure with IAM solutions like CyberArk, Azure PIM, Azure SSO, and PKI. Sailpoint is a must
- Code repository knowledge
- Change management experience
- A knack for problem-solving and going beyond simply following timelines.
- Proven expertise in technical delivery
- The ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, including potential evening and weekend work.
