Crown Resorts is embarking on a transformative journey and because of this, we are looking for a Cyber Remediation Engineer to join our growing team.
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing in-house cyber management team at Crown Resorts. Your expertise will focus on identifying and assessing security vulnerabilities related to our systems ensuring our networks are protected from cyber-attacks and unauthorized access and threats.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify, asses, and prioritise remediation of potential vulnerabilities in systems and networks across the Crown Resorts Group
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of vulnerability management policies and procedures
- Communicate findings and risks to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports and recommendations.
- Consult on the design and implementation of security plans and upgrades in consultation with other teams
- Organise all aspects of vulnerability assessments including scoping, consulting, vendor management and remediation
- Monitor and evaluate our systems’ and networks compliance with IT security requirements
- Play an active role in managing security incidents and implementing incident response procedures
- Demonstrated experience in a Cyber Remediation role or similar within a large corporate organisation
- Experience using security products including Microsoft Defender, Tenable Nessus and CrowdStrike
- Exposure to implementing and managing cyber threat intelligence platforms and vulnerability management systems
- A keen interest and genuine passion for the latest cyber security techniques, tools, and market trends
- Tertiary qualification in relevant technology discipline preferred but not essential.
- Any of the following or similar certifications are highly regarded GPEN, OSCP, GCPN, CPTIA, GCIH
