We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Customer Engagement department on a 6 month fixed-term contract basis. This is a newly created, exciting and dynamic role. As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal part in driving initiatives, managing projects, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. You will deliver a pipleline of pre-approved inititves which focus on changes to our operating model, customer offers, logistics, and cost base improvements. This role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a relentless drive for meeting deadlines.
About the role
- Manage a pipline of inititiaves from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure team members meet project deadlines and deliverables by effectively managing workflow and holding them accountable.
- Use BA skills to assist in discovery work or review of unconfirmed initiatives which require further analysis, leveraging your ability to understand the complexities of the data /customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with various departments including Customer Engagement, Marketing, Product and Technology to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced Business analytical skills with strong knowledge in interpreting data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to hold stakeholders at all levels accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with segmentation and process improvement initiatives is desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
