Cyber Security to partner several groups and functions across the business, identifying and addressing
Cyber Security risks through the design of
Cyber Security architecture and controls. This will involve conducting security assessments with existing and prospective vendors, especially those who share intellectual property – Cloud services, IT, IOT and OT service providers.You’ll also be developing and maintaining roadmaps around sound enterprise architecture practices, architecture artifacts and deciding baseline security configuration standards.To keep yourself fresh and in-the-know, you’ll be tracking development and changes across threat environments, as well as validating solutions designs and other reference architectures for security best practices.
About youIdeally, you’ll have a tertiary qualification or a degree in a technology-related discipline or have considerable experience working with
Cyber Security architecture best practices and methods.On top of this, you’ll also have considerable exposure to business planning, system analysis and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).What the role will offer:Without a plan, there’s no action or desired outcome. Water Corporation’s 5-year cyber plan is already under way, which means you won’t be scratching your head and looking for things to do. The days of starting and mothballing projects are a distant memory.There’s a stack of interesting projects to deliver, which will evolve and uplift the organisation’s capability and maturity to deal with potential threats and attacks.
