Our services are delivered through the dedicated efforts of our talented, passionate, and dynamic employees, who are located in regional and metropolitan offices throughout the State.Whatever stage of your career, we are dedicated to helping you reach your potential, both professionally and personally, so that together we can achieve ours.About the RoleThe Asset and Geospatial Information Branch leads the implementation of integrated technical data solutions and the delivery, capture and management of corporate road asset data, spatial information and essential transport models.The Senior Spatial Analyst (Engineering) is responsible for the management of corporate engineering information in an Enterprise Engineering Information System (EIMS) and providing ongoing subject matter expertise in its further development, to support the planning, development and delivery of Main Road’s Road infrastructure projects and management of road assets.The role will coordinate support provided by a central support team to internal and external stakeholders, providing specialist advice and guidance to them in the use of EIMS, data availability and capability for informed project decisions.About YouThe successful applicant will need to be proactive, customer focused, and solutions driven professional with sound knowledge and experience in the use and deployment of Enterprise Engineering Information Management Systems in large engineering organisations.Your key focus or deliverables for this role will be to:
- Manage and undertake the development, management and integration of engineering grade spatial data and engineering information across Main Roads using the Engineering Information Management System (EIMS) (Projectwise).
- Manage the development and implementation of data delivery solutions using the EIMS (Project wise).
- Develop maintain, improve and manage EIMS (Projectwise) in compliance with the EIMS Governance Framework and related guidelines.
- Coordinate EIMS user support and provide specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders in its use.
- Facilitate specialist user training and support for EIMS (Projectwise).
