We are actively sourcing an experienced Change and Communications Coordinator to join our Cyber Security Team in St Vincent’s Health Australia. Reporting to the Cyber Security Change Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating changes and communication of projects relative to Cyber Security within St Vincent’s.
This position is Permanent Full Time and will be based in our Group Office Melbourne, VIC.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Drive transformative organisational change initiatives that positively impact our employees and stakeholders
- Foster awareness, implement Change and communication plans, conduct stakeholder analysis and ensure effective communication across programs and the wider organisation
- Design, manage and execute compelling communication strategies and change management plans across various platforms with diverse audiences
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change strategies are implemented to reduce risk, maintain compliance and explore continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage Sharepoint pages and create content to support programs as a central source of communication
- Develop and adapt engaging communication materials to support initiatives, facilitating training sessions and drive success of the programs by championing a change-ready culture
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated track record in applying Change Management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to collaborate, guide and support on multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail in a high pressure environment
- Proven experience in organisational coordination and stakeholder management including persuasive and influential traits to gain buy-in from all levels to ensure change initiative success
- Advanced proficiency and capability in the design, development and management of intranet systems
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication, or related fields - desirable
- Current 2023 Flu Vaccine or willingness to receive the 2024 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations - mandatory
