Lead Recruitment Consultant - Cyber Security

We're actively seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specifically focusing on Cyber Security. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a new venture and, at the same time, have the security and backing of a highly successful recruitment group.

As part of this Group, which includes Design and Build and Public Sector People, you'll have the advantage of leveraging a multitude of existing relationships while also having the opportunity to spearhead growth in a new space with fast-moving career opportunities. Skills & Traits we're looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience recruiting within the Cyber Security space.
• Demonstrated care and honest communication in client and candidate interactions.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively strategize solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with existing and potential clients and candidates.
