Job description Cyber Security Hotline Positions Defend Australia's Cyber Space - Join the Frontline of Cyber Security! Our client is seeking skilled individuals to fill various roles in their Cyber Security Hotline team. If you have a background in Cyber Security, customer service, or call center operations, we invite you to apply! Location: ACT Start Date: Friday, 19 April 2024 Contract Duration: Initial 3 years with a possible 12-month extension, up to 2 extensions. Security Clearance: Must have Baseline clearance. Cyber Security Hotline Service Officers (equivalent APS3) As a Cyber Security Hotline Service Officer, you will: Respond to calls/emails, providing advice and assistance on Cyber Security matters. Provide internal/external referrals and escalate Tier Two incidents. Target STEM students or candidates with call center/customer service experience. Cyber Security Hotline Team Leader (equivalent APS6) As a Cyber Security Hotline Team Leader, you will: Provide after-hours support and conduct bi-annual staff performance reviews. Deliver staff training, set KPIs, and manage communication protocols. Represent the team at section meetings and working groups. Cyber Security Hotline Deputy Team Leader (equivalent APS4) As a Cyber Security Hotline Deputy Team Leader, you will: Manage staff rostering and undertake general administrative duties. Conduct quality assurance checks on calls and case records. Coordinate on-boarding/exiting procedures, including New Starter packs. Service Officer - Contractor (equivalent APS3) Service Officer responsibilities include: Demonstrated computer literacy and effective communication skills. Ability to follow procedures and provide positive customer experiences. At least a BASELINE clearance required. Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader - Contractor (equivalent APS4 Deputy Team Leader and APS6 Team Leader) Contractor responsibilities include: Sound understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals and interest in supporting the public. Effective administrative and management skills, including call quality control. At least a BASELINE clearance required. Requirements for All Positions: No specific qualifications required, but a strong understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals is essential. Demonstrated computer literacy and effective communication skills. Ability to follow procedures and provide positive customer experiences. Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and customers. Demonstrates maturity and the ability to manage challenging situations.
