We are looking for a Leader within threat detection & response, SIEM, incident response, threat intelligence with strength in IT industry standard frameworks essentially ITIL, ISO27001, CySoc & MITRE Attack. You will be a passionate people leader who excels at projects, transition & transformation applied within Cyber Security.

Job Description:

• As part of the leadership team, collaborate with the global IT Security community
• Generate & present monthly reporting on SLA’s, performance & audit to client & internal stakeholders & management team
• Strong Leadership & Motivation of people;
  • Mobilize your SOC Team of analysts & team leaders to work effectively & improve process & effectiveness
  • Create & manage targeted information security awareness training programs & establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training
  • Improve processes, KPI’s & team productivity
  • Create & improve a unified working culture
• Exercise incident, problem, change & release management, based on ITIL framework
• Develop & implement security standards, processes & procedures & guidelines for the enterprise
• Develop security performance metrics & coordinate reporting against these
• Act as an escalation where needed, hands on SIEM & other threat monitoring, detection, & mitigation solution
• Provide technical leadership on IT Security architecture
• Research, design & advocate new ideas/technologies, architecture & security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise environment
• Evaluate & make recommendations on new initiatives & assist with implementation into existing environments
• Aid in the review, creation & maintenance of information security policies & procedure
• Engage with clients as a trusted advisor
