Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated success as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft E5 and Service Now platforms.
- Proven experience in analysing workflows and processes, with a focus on automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering technical and business analysis for cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
- Conducting business analysis for the Cybersecurity Operations Center.
- Developing detailed functional and non-functional requirements, along with high-level architectures through active business engagement.
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating cybersecurity incident playbooks and response procedures.
