**Cybersecurity Analyst – Contract with Potential for Permanent Placement**

Overview:

Are you ready to step up your career in cybersecurity? We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong background in ICT infrastructure management and a passion for protecting digital assets. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years of IT experience who is eager to specialize in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the security of networks and systems including LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Azure Cloud environments.
- Manage Windows Server setups and Active Directory.
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Work collaboratively with IT and cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Implement and oversee cybersecurity initiatives and projects in line with organizational requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, techniques, and potential threats.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in ICT infrastructure management including hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Azure Cloud.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and IT networking.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career within the cybersecurity field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- A team player, willing to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or network management.
- Relevant certifications in IT or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Cisco, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
