The Opportunity:
Working in a highly skilled team of I.T professionals, this role will focus on
collaborating closely with a team of up to 20 people across the organisation to implement effective governance, risk management, and compliance strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management methodologies.
This initial contract will be for 6 months, but there will be an opportunity to either extend or go perm.
Required skills and experience:
- 1 to 3 years Cybersecurity analyst experience with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27000/1, PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, etc.
- Previous experience engaging in collaborative partnerships with diverse clients to deliver comprehensive third-party and supply chain risk management solutions
- Familiarity working in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services) highly desirable
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and strong business acumen highly regarded
