 We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional Italian culinary experience with a focus on quality, service, and ambiance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

 Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations such as order-taking processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to manage order flow and minimize wait times.
• Manage and optimize staffing levels, schedules, and workflow to meet business needs.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests. 

1. Customer Service:

• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, striving to exceed expectations. 

1. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

1.   2 years relevant work experience managing similar sized restaurant

2.  Diploma Hospitality, or similar

1. Knowledge of Australian food safety regulations and compliance.
2. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive management style.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
