The Data Analyst is a crucial player in the implementation and success of the company's data analytics strategy. This role is focused on collecting, cleaning, and analysing data across multiple focus areas such as performance measurement and drivers, sales and marketing analytics, customer analytics and research, product analytics, digital analytics, operations analytics, and people analytics among others. This includes running regular reports and dashboards and ad-hoc data queries for analysis purposes, ongoing data enhancements, advanced analytics, assessing data and reporting impacts from projects and assisting in implementing the changes to reports and other data feeds.
The successful candidate is someone who is looking to develop their skills and seeks growth opportunities within the company. There will be opportunities for on-the-job training and support, challenging new tasks, projects across many parts of the bank and exposure to new technology.

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications and experience required.
- Extensive experience working with data in the areas of reporting and advanced analytics, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and deliver insights to key stakeholders.
- Must have experience in SQL
- Stakeholder management experience is a must, being able to manage the project whilst being in communication with the stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
- Technical experience working with visualisation tools is preferred
- Experience in customer, sales, marketing, product or operations analytics desirable
