Data & Analytics Lead

Hudson is seeking a dynamic Data & Analytics Lead to join a large organisation. Reporting to the Enterprise Information & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing data management, analytics frameworks, and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead optimization of data management, analytics frameworks, and platforms.
• Identify strategic data requirements and implement best practice data science and analytics.
• Develop and implement governance, standards, and processes for data capture and storage.
• Collaborate to streamline reporting approaches and enhance data quality.
• Evaluate and align data-related alternatives to drive business outcomes.
• Maintain focus on data analytics and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.

• Business Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid background in data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
• Cloud Technology: Expertise in cloud Data & Analytics technologies.
