Data And Insights Administrator

This is a role for a CRM super-user whose passion for Data and systems in analysing trends, creating reports, and delivering ongoing systems enhancements will play a key role within our Communications and Giving team.
Offering a hybrid workplace and flexible hours, this position is responsible for the evolution and management of the CRM in use at the RFDS. Ideally, you will have experience in the not for profit sector.
This role is responsible for the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. You will play a vital part in the Communications and Giving team by supporting others to understand and implement processes and workflows; producing a range of reports maintaining data integrity; and delivering ongoing system enhancements.
About you
- Three or more years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a philanthropic setting.
- Experience creating and producing reports.
- Ability to problem-solve investigate, analyse and rectify system defects.
- Experience in training and educating users on CRM systems.
- Proficient in process mapping and procedures implementation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills - the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and provide training to colleagues.
- An understanding of data pertaining to fundraising, philanthropy or direct marketing and third party digital fundraising platforms (desirable).
- Experience in Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT (Fundraising and Donor Management Solution) (desirable).
- Six Sigma or similar framework Certification (desirable).
- Qualifications in Information Systems (desirable).
About the role
- Oversight and responsibility for management of the Fundraising, Donor and Community/Corporate Engagement system solution.
- Ongoing review and embedding policies and procedures for the system.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality assurance.
- Provide a central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations.
- Create or update training manuals, policies and procedures.
- Provide training and development on the CRM System.

The mission of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Western Operations) is to provide excellence in aeromedical and primary health care across Western Australia. Every member of the RFDS WO team contributes to that mission and living our values of showing respect, demonstrating fairness, utilising diversity and being safe.
