AddressKite Street Dental is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist to join our warm and supportive dental team located in the heart of Orange.
The Role
As the face of our practice, your friendly and professional demeanor will be essential in creating a positive first impression and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Availability is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Greeting patients.
- Taking payments.
- Handling administrative tasks.
- Supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
You
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Display a high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanour even during busy periods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease.
