About the role
Are you someone who gets energised by data and building structures? Does providing the business with accurate data that helps them make informed decisions excite you? Working closely with all levels within the business domestically and our international offices to ensure data is captured and held centrally to provide clean and clear metrics.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include
Ensure data systems are organised and secured while making information available to those who need access.
Provide data systems training and support.
Build Datawarehouse structures for data analysts to consume.
Develop and implement effective data collection and management procedures using ETL toolsets.
Create and maintain detailed requirements documentation.
Work across all business areas, from Sales & Marketing to Warehouse KPIs.
Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures.
Evaluating the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents.
Assessing system performance and recommending hardware/cloud, software, and data storage improvements.
Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Bachelor’s Degree in a field consistent with meeting the Data Manager’s job function or comparable experience.
At least two (2) years of work experience in data management, data analysis, or other administrative functions, with excellent math, Excel, and analytical skills.
Experience with ETL tools, PowerBI or similar.
