We currently have a vacancy within the Pentagon Freight Services Perth Team in the role of Data Entry Administrator. The role will report to the Team Lead and the main duties include:
- General administration and Data Entry tasks
- Assisting with customer’s purchase orders
- Uploading vendor paperwork into inhouse system
- Creating Warehouse Receipts in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintaining electronic communication with vendors
- Coordinating operational cargo movements via air, ocean, and road freight
- Creating job files for all movements and maximizing profit potential
- Completing and communicating all necessary client updates or reports
- Creating and maintaining client specific documents, rates, and training information
- Providing support to operational team when required
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent customer services skills
- Experience in a Data Entry role
- Experience in a Freight Forwarding environment (desirable)
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Current drivers licence
Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal History check.
