Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.The Gaming Services Host position reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor/Assistant Gaming Manager and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Gaming team.A few of your responsibilitiesMeet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.Provide guidance and instructions to customers on game selection, rules, and gameplay.Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies.What we will be looking forExperience in a guest service-related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literacy essentialRSA qualification or willingness to obtainAbout youWith your exceptional attention to detail and customer centric background, you will take pride in ensuring a fun and unforgettable experience for our guests.
