Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.The Senior Gaming Services Host will coordinate team member requirements during each shift to ensure business demand are met, while also being responsible for the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.A few of your responsibilitiesInvestigating guest complaints with a positive and courteous approachAssist the Gaming Services Hosts to sign up new guests to the rewards programGreet and assist guests in the VIP roomsSupporting and assisting Premium Services leadership in overseeing the Premium Services Team and completing all people planning requirementsProviding information to guests on all Casino activities, ensuring delivery is timely, effective, and efficientAlways providing a positive and friendly environment for our guestsSupporting and assisting the Premium Services leadership in monitoring, evaluating and modifying the quality and consistency of serviceWhat we will be looking forGuest service experienceVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to organise and prioritise competing demands and tasksComputer literacy and administrative capabilityKnown for having an energetic and positive approachAbility to build effective relationships and support others through providing timely feedback and recognitionAdaptable to organisational change and displays initiativeAbout youWe are looking for someone who is guest focussed and who enjoys the responsibility of developing and implementing plans and strategies.
