Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily banking activities, learn accounts payable/receivable.
- Data entry
- Generate and process invoices.
- Address & resolve invoicing queries in a timely manner.
- Update client information.
- Monitor and manage the remittance inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure that all documentation is up to date, accurate, and completed in a professional and timely manner.
- Act in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to the organization, clients, and colleagues.
- Follow up on all commitments made in a timely manner, ensuring that internal and external clients are kept informed of the status of issues.
