About the role:
Reporting to the Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing all database updates for our Merchandise team. You will be required to communicate regularly with store staff and suppliers.
This is an entry level role and requires impeccable attention to detail and time management skills. This role requires a capacity for excellent numerical and communication skills, attention to detail and information monitoring skills.
To be successful in this role, a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, initiative, and high work standards are required.
Duties:
- Liaise closely with our network of pharmacies, trading partners and internal stakeholders;
- Work closely with our team to ensure optimum date integrity for our pharmacies;
- Efficiently and accurately manage all database updates for the Merchandise Department;
- Updating credit policies, maintain supplier contracts and more;
- Managing pricing and supplier product updates;
- Be a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite of packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Effectively communicate with the Merchandise team and our wide group of pharmacies.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within Pharmacy is beneficial but not essential;
- Proven administration experience essential;
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience with POSWorks system & Microsoft Excel highly beneficial;
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team; and
- Willingness to learn.
