Full training will be provided, and your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry for invoices and payments
- Responding to staff and customers with updates
- Update reports, databases, and their portal.
- Receiving of quotes and entering of that information into the system
About you:
- You will have good Data Entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in Data Entry and processing
- A fast learner who is motivated to succeed.
- You will have good computer skills including exposure to Microsoft office suite and the ability to learn new software.
