AddressTechforce Personnel is now working with our brand new government based client based in Darwin City in search of a Data Entry administrator to start asap. An excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain Australian experience.
The role will include general administration and Data Entry duties to assist with an upcoming project. Looking at an expected start date of Monday 1st July 2024, the candidate will be expected to undergo a National Police check. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 and paid at a rate of $40.00 PH
Daily duties will include:
- Handle a range of administrative duties e.g filing, scanning, Data Entry, record keeping.
- Filing/admin support
- Answering of emails/phone calls assisting the team where necessary.
- Booking of travel and accommodation when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of administration skills and will arrive with previous experience of office administration. As this role will be working for a government project it is imperative the candidate has excellent attention to detail. The following attributes are essential:
- Strong level of professionalism
- High understanding of MS office systems
- Confidence in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work unsupervised
