Requirements:

• High school diploma required; further education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
• Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Experience using data record-keeping software.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
