This is a varied role of Data Entry, customer service and administration support. We are seeking someone to step into this role on a permanent basis.
About the Role
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Data entry for new clients
- Updating existing client database
- Assisting sales & service department with ad hoc admin tasks
- Assisting finance with ad hoc admin tasks
- Office duties as required
Skills & Experience
- You will have experience working in Customer Service
- You will have experience using Microsoft Suite
- You will have outstanding verbal/written and interpersonal skills
- You will have the ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously and manage time effectively
- You will have exceptional attention to detail
- You will have exceptional problem-solving skills
- You will be available to work on a permanent basis
- You will be able to pass a police check
