Capture Recruitment have multiple opportunities available for Data entry/Scanning operators at a record storage facility in the Western Suburbs on day shift.
Our client is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude and excellent data entry skills to join our Information Management Division. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced environment completing digitisation of hard copy documentation.
This role will require someone who is comfortable performing repetitive work and clerical tasks such as:
- Filing
- Sorting of documentation
- Preparation of documentation for data entry and scanning
- Scanning documentation into digital format
- Maintaining integrity of original documents
- Pulling staples from files
- Manual handling of archive boxes
- High level of computer literacy such as MS Office
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must obtain and provide a National Police Clearance*
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be able to commence immediately
