About the opportunity
This is an exciting 3-month Contract opportunity for someone detail-oriented and process-driven to contribute to our team's success.
This includes:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by meticulously reviewing and analyzing data sets.
- Perform routine Data Entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Follow established processes and procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in data management.
- Collaborate with various departments to verify and validate data inputs.
- Assist in basic accounts-related tasks and support debt collection efforts as needed.
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering accurate results within specified timelines.
- Prior experience with SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or SimPro is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounts processes and procedures.
- Experience in debt collection or related financial tasks is advantageous.
Other requirements
- Successful appointment to this position will require a police check.
- Valid Passport/Working rights in Australia.
- Experience in trades and construction industry would be advantageous.
