About the opportunity

This is an exciting 3-month Contract opportunity for someone detail-oriented and process-driven to contribute to our team's success. 

This includes:

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by meticulously reviewing and analyzing data sets. 
  • Perform routine Data Entry tasks with precision and efficiency. 
  • Follow established processes and procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in data management. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to verify and validate data inputs. 
  • Assist in basic accounts-related tasks and support debt collection efforts as needed. 
  • Other related duties as required 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. 
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate results within specified timelines. 
  • Prior experience with SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or SimPro is highly preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of accounts processes and procedures. 
  • Experience in debt collection or related financial tasks is advantageous. 

Other requirements

  • Successful appointment to this position will require a police check.
  • Valid Passport/Working rights in Australia.
  • Experience in trades and construction industry would be advantageous.
