We are a dismantler specialising in Audi, Volkswagen & Skoda based in Mentone & require a Data Entry Operator to join our team.
About the role
- Inputting and updating Parts accurately onto our data base.
- Managing the online store and ebay.
- Logging in Parts onto our online store & ebay.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Put away Parts onto the shelves once Parts are logged online.
- Occasionally answering phone calls.
- Able to follow instructions & be able to work independently.
- Must be reliable & punctual.
- Work hours Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm. Hours are flexible.
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of car components is beneficial.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Experience in Data Entry is preferred but not essential.
- Good literacy and numerical skills.
- Show attention to detail and ability to communicate with the staff.
- Good level of organization and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Willingness to handle repetitive tasks.
