Data Governance Manager
National Salary: Circa £45k
London Salary: Circa £55k
This is a great job for someone that has a passion for ensuring that data is used appropriately and responsibly While the ideal candidate with have experience with Data Governance and privacy framework process (e.g. DPIAs, Data Fundamentals), it is not a requirement as this is currently a 6 months, with possibility of extension. Most important is a keen interest in gaining experience in good Data Governance and privacy practices and working in the fast-paced environment of Customer and Marketing (C&M). Candidates with a proven track record of delivery and 'can do' attitude are urged to apply.
A bit about the job:
Candidate will support C&M colleagues in their compliance with Data Governance and privacy requirements. This can include reviewing marketing data project use cases; investigating complaints and maintaining incident logs; preparing reports and dashboards for Data and Risk forums; admin for DPIAs and Data Fundamentals, etc. The C&M Data Governance team reports into the Chief Data Officer and has a key role of engagement with data owners across Data and Digital projects, Group, Legal and across all UK Market product lines.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Work collaboratively with team to deliver Data Governance and privacy requirements for C&M.
Maintain Data Governance registers and help improve administration of MI and other reporting for awareness and escalation purposes
Support colleagues on Data Privacy Impact Assessment (DPIA) and Data Change (Data Fundamentals) analysis and completion.

Starting salary National Circa £45k and London Circa £55k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
