Working as part of a team to implement the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Reform and broader project initiatives, the Project Support Officer will:
- Participate in the planning and implementation of the CAMHS statewide service development and growth aligned with the CAMHS Reform Program
- Support the development, implementation and review of frameworks and processes that provide key reform program deliverables, which are to be achieved by the identified target dates.
- Participate in various meetings and be a positive role model and advocate for reform.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to undertake functions associated with the broader CAMHS Reform Program.
- Provide project and operational support including assisting with the development of project management and other documentation relevant to the successful implementation of the CAMHS Reform Program.
- Prepare high level correspondence, project reports and submissions as required.
- Develop, establish, and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, to support the successful implementation of the CAMHS Reform Program.
- Collect, collate, and undertake high level analysis and qualitive assurance checks on a range of quantitative data and information on a regular basis to support the successful implementation of the SMHS Reform Program and other related tasks as identified.
- Provides statewide coordination and support for the planning and delivery for the CAMHS Reform Program
- Comprised of a Program Manager, three Senior Project Officers, and two Project Support Officers based in Hobart but with the option for location in other regions based on negotiation.
- Works closely together while identifying areas of primary focus for each team member.

- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
