This is a Permanent Part Time appointment at 45.6 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE).VCID No. 882721Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to join our Kids Rehab WA team as a Data Management Coordinator.The successful candidate will develop and maintain the Kids Rehab WA data collection to support clinical care, research, planning and performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Your key responsibilites will include:

  • Scope, develop and document project and program plans as directed, in consultation with key stakeholders to enable the development of the Paediatric Rehabilitation Information System (PRIS).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of metadata, reference manuals and supporting documentation to ensure collected data remains relevant, transparent, unambiguous and comprehensible.
  • Develop, document and maintain reporting and record management standards. Monitors performance against project plans and presents status reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Produce, validate and provide national benchmarking data submissions, annual reports and legislated mandatory extracts and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to maintain business knowledge, understand prioritisations and effectively liaise, consult, negotiate and collaborate to achieve these.
