AddressDatabase Operations Coordinator
Trees For Life is looking for a highly skilled Database Operations Coordinator to oversee the technical aspects of our iMIS database and associated website.

About the role
We are transitioning from iMIS V20 to iMIS EMS and you will work with our 3rd party developer to implement the EMS platform. Once established, you will use your skills to create robust and practical solutions that support team success. This role provides a hybrid work from home / office option.
In this role you will:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular cleaning and validation processes; standardise and consolidate data; identify and merge duplicate records.
- Act as Webmaster of TFL public facing website; maintain web infrastructure and update products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, working closely with 3rd party service providers as needed.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to present data insights to business teams, management and stakeholders.
- Perform data extraction and execute mass updates to records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain Intelligent Query Architect’s to support the organisation's reporting and data needs.
- Provide transactional support to the functions of Membership, Finance and Fundraising as needed.
- Manage User and License requirements: set up new users, deactivate accounts; manage roles, profiles, permissions and public groups.
- Develop procedure manuals and coordinate training and development initiatives.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2+ years’ iMIS V20 and/or EMS experience in management, development or support roles (essential).
(Note: Significant experience with Salesforce or Netsuite may be considered.)
- Experience extracting, managing, organising and analysing relational data (essential).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualisation using Power BI (desirable).
- Knowledge of SQL (desirable).
- Curiosity and an analytical mind with ability to problem solve, identify risks, and proactively address upcoming issues and opportunities.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation skills and report writing.
- Ability to multi-task and switch contexts quickly and seamlessly.
