Job Title: Data Privacy Manager
Role Type: 12 month Secondment/Fixed term

As the Data Privacy Analyst you will be part of the ANZ Privacy Office and will support the team to assess and identify Privacy risks by completing Privacy Impact Assessments and compliance reviews for systems and business processes used to process personal information.
In this role, you will also be working closely with our business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for our customers in relation to privacy risk management.by conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and maintaining the record of processing.
What will your day look like
- 5+ years’ experience in Privacy or a related field
- Excellent understanding of data protection/privacy regulations e.g. Australia Privacy Act, CCPA, PDPA etc.
- Excellent understanding of privacy management practices with the ability to identify and manage interactions across business operations.
- Recognised data protection qualification e.g., IAPP CIPM. CIPT.
- Extensive business analysis background, including requirements management, stakeholder management, requirements and solution evaluation, and practical experience.
- Good experience in managing privacy control measures related to information security and vendor management.
- Good systems thinking or ability to navigate and generate solution options on complex issues between Data Privacy and other domains/functions such as technology and finance.
- A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes.
- Excellent writing, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with different level of stakeholders.
