About the Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will be providing hands on support on a daily basis to ensure our client contractual obligations are met.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Data Entry to an Excel database
- Cataloguing client information
- Monitoring and verifying the integrity of data being entered and imported into database for clients' requests
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Data Entry experience with a high level of accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- A great attitude, hardworking and be reliable
- A person who takes responsibility for their own performance and outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be driven and have a high attention to detail
- The physical ability to lift and move archive cartons throughout the day.
