Job description

Reporting to: 

This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 

Tasks and Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business requirements for ML solutions.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed ML solutions.

  • Develop and maintain functional specifications and system design documents for ML projects.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure ML solutions meet business needs.

  • Work with the data science team to define and document data requirements for ML projects.

  • Assist in the development of user acceptance testing plans and coordinate user acceptance testing for ML solutions.

  • Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for ML solutions.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of ML projects, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

  • Continuously evaluate implemented ML solutions to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications, education, experience and abilities required: 

Qualifications requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree

Experience requirements: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Abilities/Attributes 

  • Demonstrate proficiency in written communication, adept at conveying complex information and delivering actionable recommendations.

  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Capable of working with data-intensive applications, designing durable data pipelines, and developing machine learning models.

  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excel in time management, adept at multitasking to meet deadlines effectively.

  • Show dedication to the company by upholding integrity and professionalism, recognizing the significance of maintaining strong client relationships.

Position is full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role
  • Expected salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
