Due to internal movement, we’re seeking a Day Centre Manager to join a highly reputable organisation. Within the role, you will manage the day to day operations of the Day Centre, that provides support to seniors that need a little extra support to stay active and social, which includes tailored programs.
The role:
- Providing leadership, overall direction, co-ordination and efficient management of employees across the centre in accordance with mission and values.
- The management of all aspects of the centre to meet the goals and objectives including the Strategic Plan ensuring the highest outcomes in the standard of consumer care, within budgetary limitations.
- Within each cetnre (x2), ensure services promote optimal, qualitative outcomes to agreed funding streams.
- The development and implementation of all policies in relation to the provision of Care Services.
- Maintain accreditation and funding levels to ensure the future viability of the centre, by compliance with a range of applicable Government Legislation.
What we’re looking for:
- Either an Allied Health Qualification or health sciences, with extensive industry experience OR extensive management experience and proven management expertise OR a relevant combination of experience and education/training
- Current drivers’ licence (essential)
- A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) (essential)
- National Police Check (essential)
- Comprehensive experience in leading a flexible, multi-skilled team environment and management competence in Organisation Management; Human Resources; Financial Management; Time Management; External Relations and Service Provision.
