Replenishment Manager - Days
The Replenishment Manager role exists to ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Replenishment activities in the CFC (General Merchandise, Grocery, Cigarettes, Chiller and Frozen). This role will lead, manage, and support the Inventory, Replenishment, and Fresh teams to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders.
This role will report into the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager - Inventory and Replenishment.

As the Replenishment Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
Spend time with the Replenishment team to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC
Lead the team to work safely and efficiently
Set the CFC up for the evening pick session to support Online availability
Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group
Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

When you will be needed
This is a full time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including day shifts between Sunday - Thursday
